Summoner Description and Abilities The Summoner has the unique ability to call magical beings to do his will (Equivalent to Rydia the Caller in the second Final Fantasy). Summoners lack offensive and defensive spells, instead, their summons have abilities of their own and grow in strength with the summoner. Unlocking The Job (Must Be Level 30) Quest Giver: ? Location: Heroes' House at Windurst Walls (G-4) First get a Carbuncle Ruby. It is a rare drop from leeches. Most are found at Qufim. After getting a ruby go to Heroes' House at Windurst Walls. After getting the quest you will need to expose the ruby to most of the weather effects but u need to just enter the area at the same time that the weather effect is on to activate the stone. It also has to be in an open area no cave or dungeons. Some places with weather effects: Clear Sky - Go anywhere and just enter the zone Heat - Valkurm Dunes, Rolanberry Fields, Meriphataud Mountains Sandstorm - Valkurm Dunes, Tahrongi Canyon, Konschat Highlands Wind - Tahrongi Canyon, Mhaura, La Theine Plateau Ice - Beaucedine Glacier, Xarcabard Rain - Pashow Marshlands, Rolanberry Fields Lightning Storm - Konscat Highlands, Jugner Forest After exposing the ruby to all these weather effects go to La Theine Plateau. Head to stone circle at G-6 with the ruby. Find a "???" and trade the ruby with it. After that the Summoner job is unlocked. Active Abilities
